Yes. The Teams feature (Pro) lets you create departmental teams where everyone can see and be assigned tasks. Each team member needs their own account.
Is this suitable for students?
No. Teacher Task Manager is built exclusively for school staff. Students should not create accounts.
How does the AI work?
